4 Ply or 2 Ply?
I am pretty sure most of us don't think what else can we do with toilet paper? Maybe you have thought of how you could turn toilet paper into art, but for those those that haven't artist Sakr Gokcebag has helped us figure out how toilet paper can become art.
So I must ask, what are your thoughts on this design idea? Do you think it is interesting or a wste of good toilet paper? What do you love and what do you think he should have done different? Do you think there is another medium out there that would work better?

I like these. I don't think it is a waste. I mean it is, but it is still cool. I like the ones that are put up on the walls.

ReplyDeleteI like this project it catches the eye. Although it looks cool, this art piece would not last for long. It such a fragile piece. This would be fun to try creating it.

ReplyDeleteIt looks kind of cool. How do people come up with these things. I do not think you could just do this on a piece of paper though. There no color and its plain looking.
ReplyDeleteThis is a very interesting piece of art. I would never think of to use paper and make it look like that. I am guessing that it is very hard and fragile to put together like this.
ReplyDeleteThey appear very temporary and don't bring any color to the room, so the room would definitely need more color. Not a waste, but I definitely wouldn't use my toilet paper for an art project.
ReplyDeleteThis would be expensive to do because of how much you need. It doesn't have any color and it can't get wet at all. It might be fun to do but way to costly.

ReplyDeleteThis one is neat because , I didn't know that toilet paper could be used to make such cool art. It looks especially cool because the toilet papers flows very cool and layers on top very cool too.

ReplyDeleteI love how he made them look like decorations. I think it's cool when artist do things like this. It makes normal things pretty interesting. I feel like someone could do something cool with brushes. I've seen someone who has done painting with toothpaste, which was cool.
ReplyDeleteI think this is really cool. And it's a better use for toilet paper. I really liked the tree, and how it looks so effortless. I know I would struggle with making any of these, but it's really cool.

ReplyDeleteThis is a waste of toilet paper you could be using it for other things. this isnt a fan favorite type of artwork in my opinion. we should not do this in class.

ReplyDeleteIn my opinion this is kind of funny and creative. I like how they made art out of something that is kind of the opposite of art. In my opinion It needs more colors, but it would be hard with toilet paper.

Its weird but at the same time pretty . I have mixed feelings on this the white is very elegant i didnt even notice what it really was at first.
